Bracho Holdings LLC

1. Who we are

Prophecy is an online trading education program operated by Bracho Holdings LLC ("we", "us"). By purchasing or using Prophecy you agree to these terms.

2. What you are buying

Prophecy is sold through Whop as three products: Prophecy Membership (a monthly subscription that includes the Prophecy learning platform and the Inner Circle community on Discord for as long as the subscription is active), 1-on-1 Mentorship (a one-time purchase of private coaching with Sebas, which includes the Prophecy Membership), and Prophecy Community (free access to the public Discord channels). Billing is processed by Whop under Whop's own terms. All purchases are final and non-refundable; see the Refund Policy.

3. Educational purpose only

All content is for educational purposes. Nothing in Prophecy is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, a recommendation to trade any instrument, or an offer to manage money. See the Risk Disclaimer.

4. Account and access

One membership is for one person. Do not share your login or redistribute lectures, notes or recordings. We may suspend access for sharing, abuse or conduct that harms other members.

5. Intellectual property

Lectures, materials and the Prophecy model are owned by Bracho Holdings LLC. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use them while you are a member.

6. Community conduct

The Inner Circle is a mentorship space. No harassment, no selling, no signals services, no sharing of members' charts or messages outside the community.

7. Changes

We may update the curriculum, community structure or these terms. Material changes will be announced to members.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bracho Holdings LLC is not liable for trading losses or any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of Prophecy.
